The watchdog control system comprises a first area signal identification module, a second area signal identification module, a third area signal identification module, a logic gate module, a watchdog module and a processor module; the first area signal identification module compares the voltage of an external input signal with the first voltage value and the second voltage value, and outputs a first level signal to the second area signal identification module; based on the first level signal, the second area signal identification module compares the voltage of the external input signal with the third and fourth voltages and outputs a second level signal; the third area signal identification module compares the voltage of the external input signal with a fifth preset voltage value and a sixth preset voltage value and outputs a third level signal; the processor module is connected with the logic gate module to output a f
