The invention provides a heat treatment tool. The heat treatment tool comprises a base, a pressing plate and a connecting piece, an L-shaped supporting face is arranged on the base and used for supporting the end face and the side wall of one end of a workpiece; the pressing plate is connected to the base through the connecting piece and used for pressing the end face of the other end of the workpiece. The invention further provides a heat treatment machining method, which comprises the steps of: arranging a workpiece on the heat treatment tool, and using induction quenching equipment to perform induction quenching on the side face, away from the L-shaped supporting face, of the workpiece; spraying the quenching surface on the workpiece by using a cooling device; keeping the connection between the workpiece and the heat treatment tool, and tempering the workpiece; and cooling the workpiece to room temperature, and then removing the connection between the workpiece and the heat treatment tool. According to the
