The invention discloses a preparation process of an epoxy plate for electrical insulation. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: independently placing a plurality of rolls of dried fiber cloth and fiber yarns on a yarn box; pulling out a plurality of fiber yarns in parallel and then enabling the fiber yarns to be as wide as the fiber cloth; enabling the fiber cloth and the fiber yarns to enter a glue pool filled with epoxy resin in the form of combining one or more layers of fiber cloth with one layer of fiber yarns; fully grinding and infiltrating the fiber cloth and the fiber yarns; laminating and compressing obtained materials through a horn-mouth-shaped mold; extruding the materials through pultrusion equipment; curing the materials into a plate through a drying oven; and cutting and machining the formed plate into a plate of a required size.
