The invention provides a graph data processing method and device which can be used in the financial field or other technical fields. The method comprises the steps: acquiring entity points and entity relationships in original graph data with K-layer relationships; screening the entity points of each layer in a preset number of layers from the entity points according to the preset number of layers, the entity point screening condition of each layer in the preset number of layers and the entity relationship; and according to the screened entity points of each layer, constructing graph data with M layers of layouts, wherein K and M are positive integers respectively.
