The method comprises the following steps: firstly carrying out sampling and optimization on an original training set, obtaining an optimized data set, not reducing the data quality while reducing the data dimension, and selecting steady-state data, thereby guaranteeing the quantity basis of the data; training a statistical analysis model based on the optimized data set to obtain a trained statistical analysis model; inputting a real-time data set into the trained statistical analysis model to obtain a state of a nuclear power device. According to the invention, states of a nuclear power device can be effectively monitored in real time, the performance requirements for a processor are reduced, and false alarms are decreased.
