The invention discloses a link delay adjustment method and a storage device, and the method comprises the steps: setting a delay value for a target link based on a delay setting range of the target link connected with a flash memory particle on a PHY after a preset delay adjustment condition is satisfied, wherein the target link comprises an input link and an output link; judging the validity of the delay value according to a delay validity judgment strategy corresponding to the target link so as to obtain the validity of all delay values in the delay setting range; and determining a delay effective range of the target link according to the effectiveness of all the delay values so as to adjust the delay value of the target link based on the delay effective range. Therefore, after the delay adjustment condition is met, the delay effective range of the link between the PHY and the flash memory particle under the current condition can be automatically determined, and the delay value of the link is adjusted based
