The invention discloses an anti-tarnishing agent composite composition and application thereof. The anti-tarnishing agent composite composition is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-30% of organic amino silane, 15-25%of a peroxide decomposer, 15-25%of amino silicon oil, 15-25%of hexamethyldisilazane and 5-10%of a chitosan quaternary ammonium salt.
