The invention discloses a chloroprene rubber flow guide sleeve, and relates to the field of ocean towing systems. The chloroprene rubber flow guide sleeve is prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts of chloroprene rubber, 30-55 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 6-12 parts of silane modified organic montmorillonite, 3-6 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 2-4 parts of an accelerant, 5-8 parts of an active agent, 5-12 parts of a foaming agent, 50-80 parts of a reinforcing agent, 3-8 parts of an anti-aging agent and 1-3 parts of an auxiliary agent. The vulcanizing agent is prepared from zinc oxide, DCP and odorless DCP according to the weight ratio of 2: (0.5 to 0.7): (0.5 to 1.5); the accelerant is formed by compounding an accelerant ETU and an accelerant DM according to the weight ratio of 1: 1.5.
