The invention discloses a high-performance anti-cracking shrinkage-reducing concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance anti-cracking shrinkage-reducing concrete water reducing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-55% of an unsaturated polyether monomer, 5-7% of an acrylic acid small monomer, 0.1-0.2% of an initiator, 0.04-0.06% of a reducing agent, 0.1-0.2%of a chain transfer agent, and the balance of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials, preparing a base material from an unsaturated polyether monomer and deionized water, preparing a solution A from an acrylic acid small monomer and deionized water, and preparing a solution B from a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent and deionized water; and adding an initiator into the base material, uniformly stirring, slowly dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B, and preserving heat after dropwise adding to finish polymerization.
