The method comprises the following steps: respectively creating an online product quality parameter table and an offline product quality parameter table; collecting control signals of each production process of the assembly line to obtain a start trigger signal and an end trigger signal of each production process; collecting quality parameters and continuous quality parameters of the corresponding production process of the to-be-traced product in each production process; storing or deleting data of related processes of the online product quality parameter table, searching all data related to products in the online parameter table after all flow line production processes are completed, storing the data in an offline product quality parameter table, and deleting the related data in the online parameter table; according to key fields of an offline product quality parameter table, tracing all data related to a prod
