The invention provides a traction fixing device for finger puncture positioning. The traction fixing device comprises a U-shaped sliding rail, a wrist supporting frame assembly, a finger supporting assembly, a finger traction assembly, a finger puncture assembly, a puncture catheter, a finger fixing assembly and a G-shaped clamp. The U-shaped sliding rail is fixedly connected with a first installation end of the workbench, a bottom flat plate of the wrist supporting frame assembly is connected with the second installation end of the workbench through the G-shaped clamp, the finger supporting assembly is located in the U-shaped sliding rail, a clamp fixing hole of the finger fixing assembly and a fixing rod of the finger traction assembly are connected with the upper end of the finger supporting assembly, the hand-cranking sliding block of the finger puncture assembly is connected with the upper end of the U-shaped sliding rail, the outer tube wall of the puncture catheter is in threaded connection with a hori
