An incident light beam is propagated along a fiber core of the first single-mode optical fiber part until encountering a conical structure, a part of light in the fiber core is coupled into a cladding for transmission due to mismatching of a mode field, and two light beams in the fiber core and the cladding are reflected back in a D-shaped structure area at the tail end of the second single-mode optical fiber part; due to the fact that the refractive indexes of transmission paths of the two reflected light beams are different, when the two light beams meet again, a certain phase difference exists, and interference is generated.
