The invention discloses a tool for replacing a quick connector of a transmission chain and manufacturing and application methods. When chains are connected, the bolts penetrate through chain link holes of the chains, the chains are clamped by the angle steel so that the two ends of the chains can be fixed, the lead screws are fastened, and after the chains are tensioned to a target position, pin shafts penetrate through the chains to connect the chains.
