The device comprises a rack, a detection table, a wiring mechanism and a controller; the detection table is mounted on the rack and is provided with a detection station for placing a to-be-detected circuit breaker; the wiring mechanism comprises a wiring fixing plate, a wiring driver and a plurality of elastic wiring pieces; the plurality of elastic wiring pieces are arranged on the wiring fixing plate according to a preset arrangement rule; each elastic wiring piece comprises a connecting piece, a wiring head and an elastic piece; the connecting pieces are mounted on the wiring fixing plate, and one ends of the connecting pieces are connected with one ends of the elastic pieces; the wiring heads can be in contact conduction with the contact of the to-be-detected circuit breaker and is connected to the other ends of the elastic pieces; the wiring driver is installed on the rack, and the driving end of the wirin
