Summary:The invention provides a talaromyces pinophilus NJAU-L8 for preventing and controlling continuous crop rotation soil-borne wilt disease and use thereof. The strain has a preservation number of CGMCC No. 21476. The strain is used for reducing number of pathogens in watermelon and banana fusarium wilt planting soil, promoting plant growth and reducing morbidity. It is proved that the strain NJAU-L8 separated from rhizosphere of crop-rotation pineapple can effectively reduce colonization of fusarium oxysporum in rhizosphere of various crops and shows that the strain NJAU-L8 has potential of preventing and controlling wilt disease in actual production. 本发明提供一株用于防控连作土传枯萎病的篮状菌属真菌NJAU-L8及其应用。所述菌种保藏编号为CGMCC No.21476,所述菌株的应用为降低西瓜和香蕉枯萎病种植土壤病原菌的数量、促进植株生长和降低发病率。本发明证明从轮作菠萝根际分离获得的菌株NJAU-L8可有效降低尖孢镰刀菌在多种作物根际的定殖,并表明其在实际生产中具有防控枯萎病的潜力。
