Summary: | The invention discloses a double-drug-loaded nanofiber hydrogel composite cartilage repair system. Kartogenin-loaded coaxial nanofibers are used as a skeleton, and gaps of the skeleton are filled with sodium aescinate-loaded composite hydrogel, so that an elastic cylinder is finally formed, wherein the coaxial nanofibers consist of a core layer and a shell layer, the core layer is polylactic acid, the kartogenin is uniformly dispersed in the polylactic acid, and the shell layer is silk fibroin; the composite hydrogel consists of sodium aescinate, chitosan and oxidized hydroxyethyl cellulose, and the sodium aescinate is uniformly dispersed in the chitosan.
