The invention provides an analog memory operation circuit which comprises at least one input circuit, at least one output circuit and at least one analog memory operation unit. Each analog memory arithmetic unit is connected between one of the at least one input circuit and one of the at least one output circuit, and has at least one weight mode. Each analog memory operation unit performs operation according to the weight of the selected weight mode and at least one input signal of the input circuit connected with the analog memory operation unit so as to generate at least one first operation result on the at least one output end to the output circuit connected with the analog memory operation unit. 本发明提出了一种仿模拟存储器运算电路，包括至少一输入电路、至少一输出电路以及至少一仿模拟存储器运算单元。每一个仿模拟存储器运算单元连接在该至少一输入电路的其中一个及该至少一输出电路的其中一个之间，具有至少一个权重模式。每一个仿模拟存储器运算单元根据所选择的权重模式的权重及所连接的输入电路的至少一输入信号进行运算，以在该至少一输出端上产生至少一第一运算结果至所连接的输出电路。
