The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for identifying an adversarial sample mask. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target image of a target user sent by an acquisition device; inputting the target image into a pre-trained confrontation sample mask recognition model to obtain a recognition result; when the recognition result represents that the target user does not wear the mask, sending the recognition result to a first face recognition module to recognize the target image; when the recognition result represents a result that the target user normally wears the mask, sending the recognition result to a second face recognition module to recognize the target image; and when the identification result represents that the target user wears the confrontation sample mask, outputting alarm information.
