Summary: | The invention discloses a high-precision moisture content determination method in a complex oil-water mixed state. Two microwave signals with different powers are alternately output through a microwave moisture content analyzer, and after the microwave power attenuation rates under the different power signals are obtained, the current oil-water mixing state is judged, so that the moisture content detection precision is kept within a certain range. According to the method, the period needed for determining the oil-water mixing state is short and generally only needs several seconds, the water content detection precision is within 1%, and therefore the technical problem that due to the fact that the actual oil-water mixing state cannot be determined, detection of the water content has very large errors is solved.
本发明公开了一种复杂油水混合状态下高精度含水率测定方法,通过微波含水率分析仪交替输出两种不同功率微波信号,得到不同功率信号下的微波功率衰减率后,判断目前的油水混合状态,从而把含水率检测的精度保持在一定的范围。本方法确定油水混合状态所需的周期较短,一般只要几秒钟,且含水率检测精度在1%以内,从而解决了因无法确定实际的油水混合状态,使得含水率的检测有非常大的误差的技术难题。 |
