Summary: | The invention discloses a self-adaptive water loss composite water storage material and a preparation method thereof. The composite water storage material is composed of a porous material and water-absorbent resin. The preparation method comprises the specific steps: 1, pre-polymerizing water-absorbent resin monomers; 2, immersing a porous material; 3, performing high-temperature crosslinking on the water-absorbent resin; and 4, carrying out post-treatment on the composite water storage material.
