No organic solvent is used in the reaction, the yield is high, the operation is simple, separation and purification are easy, and the method is a synthesis route suitable for industrialization. 本发明公开了一种脂肪族不对称硫脲类化合物的制备方法,具体过程如下:将仲胺类化合物加入水中或无需介质,再将二硫化碳缓慢加入反应得到二硫代氨基甲酸中间体;再将伯胺类化合物缓慢加入体系中,混合反应,再升温反应,脱去硫化氢,得到脂肪族不对成硫脲类化合物产品。反应不使用有机溶剂,产率高,操作简单,易于分离纯化,是一条适合工业化的合成路线。
