The invention relates to a design method of a converter transformer valve side wire outlet device. The device comprises a wire outlet insulator with an end flange and a support cylinder, the inner diameter of the support cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the wire outlet insulator, the wire outlet insulator is located in the support cylinder, and the wire outlet insulator and the support cylinder are respectively and independently assembled with a valve side ascending flanged base into a whole through the end flange. The main body of the wire outlet insulator is composed of a plurality of groups of insulating paper cylinders and corrugated paper cylinders which are alternately arranged, three circumferential fixing structures are arranged on the outer side of the main body of the wire outlet insulator at intervals, and insulating supporting pieces are assembled in the middles of cylinder bodies of the hard paper cylinders. The wire outlet device is good in integrity, simple in structure, reliable i
