Summary: | The invention discloses a method for co-producing trehalose and gluconic acid. A safe strain corynebacterium glutamicum is used for overexpressing trehalose synthase, triton X-100 is used for treating and recombining corynebacterium glutamicum to obtain permeable cells, and whole-cell catalysis maltose can be used for synthesizing trehalose. Aspergillus niger AnM1 thalli capable of producing gluconic acid are added into reaction liquid for catalytically preparing trehalose, glucose in a system is oxidized into gluconic acid, the inhibition effect of glucose on trehalose synthase activity can be reduced, and the trehalose synthesis rate is increased. After the trehalose synthesis reaction is balanced, the reaction liquid is centrifuged, corynebacterium glutamicum and aspergillus niger thalli are collected, and the obtained thalli can be reused.
