Summary: | The invention relates to a method for producing a steel component by forming a flat steel product coated with an anti-corrosion coating and to a steel component produced from a steel substrate coated with an anti-corrosion coating. The steel component is produced by: providing a flat steel product coated with an aluminum-based anti-corrosion layer; heat-treating a slab consisting of the coated flat steel product in a furnace, wherein 0.0034 DEG C/min < = Q < = 0.021 DEG C/min, Q = (T * d)/(t * L), T = furnace temperature (DEG C), d = slab thickness (mm), t = residence time (min) of the slab in the furnace, L = furnace length (m); and shaping the slab in a shaping tool.
