Summary: | The invention discloses a chemical-resistant polypropylene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 74-90.8 parts of polypropylene, 3-10 parts of MoO3 microspheres, 5-10 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.5-2 parts of a light stabilizer and 0.2-2 parts of a lubricant. The prepared MoO3 microspheres are of a microsphere structure constructed by hollow nanorods, are of a porous structure with a large specific surface area, and are preferentially dispersed in an amorphous area of polypropylene in a polypropylene composite material.
