Summary:The present invention relates to an organic compound and an organic electroluminescent element comprising the same, wherein the compound is represented by a chemical formula 1 shown in the specification. As a novel organic compound, the organic compound has a high T1 value and a deep HOMO energy level, a hole and an electron form a charge balance, and luminescence is realized inside a luminescent layer instead of a hole transport layer interface, thereby significantly improving the luminous efficiency and lifetime characteristics of an organic electroluminescent element.
