Summary:For an oil well with high mineralization degree, fluid in the well usually contains a large number of mineral elements, and the mineral elements can generate destructive influence on an oil pipe, a sucker rod and other equipment in the well. The invention discloses a scaling inhibition alloy. The alloy is prepared from the raw material components including, by mass, 65wt%-75wt% of Cu, 20wt%-25wt% of Ni, 2wt%-5wt% of Co and 0.5wt%-5wt% of Fe. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the alloy. The alloy achieves the scaling inhibition effect through the electrochemical action between the alloy and fluid, the scaling inhibition effect is good, the production efficiency is improved, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and economic losses are reduced.
