The composition contains more than two of the following components which are stored in a mixed manner or independently stored: 90-98 wt% of an inorganic hydrated salt, 1-8 wt% of a slow-release nucleating agent, 0.2-5 wt% of a thickening agent and 0.2-3 wt% of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the slow-release nucleating agent contains an active component and hydrophilic aerogel wrapping the surface of the active component; in the slow-release nucleating agent, the content mass ratio of the hydrophilic aerogel to the active component is 1:(8-30). Herein, the hydrophilic aerogel is adopted to coat hydrated salt active ingredients to form the slow-release nucleating agent, the slow-release nucleating agent is applied to the phase change material, phase separation of the phase change material can be effectively inhibited,
