The invention relates to the field of light carriage floors, in particular to a light anti-skid wear-resistant carriage floor and a preparation method thereof. The carriage floor is a continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material floor and sequentially comprises an anti-skid wear-resistant layer, a non-woven fabric layer, an upper prepreg tape layer, a honeycomb core layer and a lower prepreg tape layer from top to bottom; every two adjacent layers are mutually compounded together through hot pressing, the prepreg tape is formed by compounding multiple layers of continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene tape-shaped prepreg, the anti-skid wear-resistant layer is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane rubber film, the non-woven fabric is needle-punched polyester non-woven fabric, and the honeycomb core layer is made of polypropylene; in addition, the invention further discloses a method for preparing the light anti-skid wear-resistant carriage floor.
