The power control method for the wind power plant comprises the following steps: in response to a received full-field active power adjustment signal for the wind power plant sent by a power grid, calculating a power adjustable range of each wind turbine generator according to a current working state of each wind turbine generator in the wind power plant; and calculating the power allocated to each wind turbine generator based on the power adjustable range of each wind turbine generator and the full-field target power indicated by the full-field active power adjustment signal so as to generate an active power regulation and control instruction and send the generated active power regulation and control instruction to each wind turbine generator. 提供一种风电场的功率控制方法及装置。该风电场的功率控制方法包括:响应于接收到电网发送的针对风电场的全场有功调节信号,根据风电场中各风电机组的当前出功状态计算各风电机组的功率可调范围;并且基于各风电机组的功率可调范围和由全场有功调节信号指示的全场目标功率计算向各风电机组分配的功率,以生成有功功率调控指令并向各风电机组下发生成的有功功率调控指令。
