Summary:The invention provides a pouring construction method for a tunnel inverted arch and inverted arch filling. The pouring construction method comprises the steps that two concrete conveying devices are correspondingly moved to the two sides of a tunnel; concrete is injected into one end of the concrete conveying device, and the concrete conveying device conveys the concrete to the other end of the concrete conveying device; the concrete is distributed at the other end of the concrete conveying device, so that the concrete is conveyed to the inverted arch, and the inverted arch is poured; and after inverted arch pouring is completed, the concrete is distributed at the other end of the concrete conveying device again, so that the concrete is conveyed to inverted arch filling and inverted arch filling for pouring till inverted arch filling and pouring are completed. The inverted arch and the inverted arch filling are poured, so that the pouring operation of the inverted arch and the inverted arch filling is simpler
