Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a FeCrAl/Cr composite coating. The preparation method sequentially comprises the steps of Zr alloy matrix pretreatment, Cr coating preparation and FeCrAl coating preparation. In the Cr coating preparation process, arc ion plating is adopted for depositing a Cr coating on the surface of a pretreated Zr alloy matrix. In the deposition process, the bias voltage is adjusted to range from-150 V to-200 V, and the bias voltage is adjusted to range from 600 V to 650 V every 1 h and kept for 3 min to 5 min. In the FeCrAl coating preparation process, arc ion plating is adopted for depositing a FeCrAl coating on the surface of the Cr coating. In the deposition process, the bias voltage is adjusted to range from-200 V to -250 V, and the bias voltage is adjusted to range from 400 V to 600 V every 1 h and kept for 3 min to 5 min.
