The invention discloses a composite anti-corrosion and anti-fouling treatment process for marine facilities, wherein a composite coating layer is formed on the surface of a marine facility structure in a composite spraying treatment mode, the composite coating layer comprises a bottom layer, a middle layer and a surface layer, the bottom layer is an epoxy resin coating layer, the middle layer is a polyurea coating layer, and the surface layer is a coating layer formed by nano anti-fouling coating.
