Summary:The present invention is a steel cord-rubber composite comprising a rubber composition and steel cords, and is characterized in that: the rubber composition contains a rubber component, a filler, a thermosetting resin, a methylene donor, a thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator, and a sulfonamide-based vulcanization accelerator, and has a cobalt compound content of 0.01 parts by mass or less; and the steel cords have been plated with a ternary alloy.
