The transmission shaft comprises a shaft body; an annular flange which is arranged on the shaft body; and a plurality of speed measuring teeth which are arranged on the annular flange, and the multiple speed measuring teeth are suitable for being electrically connected with a sensor so as to be used for detecting the rotating speed. According to the technical scheme, the defects that in the prior art, a speed measuring gear ring of a winch or a hydraulic motor is complex in structure and high in cost, and inaccurate measurement is prone to occurring are overcome. 本发明提供了一种传动轴、液压马达及工程机械。其中，传动轴包括：轴体；环形凸缘，设置在轴体上；多个测速齿，设置在环形凸缘上，多个测速齿适于与传感器电性连接以用于检测转速。本发明的技术方案解决了现有技术中的卷扬或者液压马达的测速齿环结构复杂，成本高，且容易出现测量不准确的缺陷。
