Summary: | The invention discloses a core SNP marker developed based on a KASP technology and used for tea tree variety identification. The invention provides a reagent for detecting SNP sites, and the reagent is used for detecting one or more of SNP sites 1-30. The 96401 SNP sites are obtained by performing simplified genome sequencing on 251 parts of tea tree resources, and 2528 SNP sites are obtained based on three screening standards of a deletion rate less than 0.15, a suballelic gene frequency greater than 0.2 and a heterozygosis rate less than 0.2. The 2528 SNP sites are subjected to layered screening by utilizing a LociScan_V1.0 site screening tool to obtain 30 SNP core SNP sites, corresponding primers are designed, and KASP detection is performed on 72 parts of tea tree varieties/lines which are subjected to national and provincial level certification or other important tea tree varieties/lines. The molecular markers of tea trees are enriched, and the core SNP marker can be widely applied to the aspects of gene |
