The invention discloses an instruction conflict solving method. The method comprises the following steps: when triggering of to-be-executed instructions are detected, whether the number of the triggered to-be-executed instructions is larger than a preset number or not is judged; if the number of the triggered to-be-executed instructions is larger than the preset number, whether conflicts exist among the to-be-executed instructions or not is judged; if the to-be-executed instructions have conflicts, index analysis is performed on the to-be-executed instructions to obtain index analysis results; and the priority of each to-be-executed instruction is determined according to the index analysis results, and the optimal to-be-executed instruction is executed by taking the instruction with the highest priority in the to-be-executed instructions as the optimal to-be-executed instruction.
