The TPE alloy material is prepared from, by weight, 25 to 40 parts of a hydrogenated styrene elastomer, 10 to 20 parts of a diblock styrene polymer, 20 to 40 parts of a plasticizer, 20 to 40 parts of a polyester hot melt adhesive, 3 to 6 parts of a compatilizer and 0.1 to 0.6 part of an anti-aging agent. The TPE alloy material has good compatibility with PBT and strong adhesiveness. 本发明属于高分子材料技术领域，涉及一种用于包胶PBT的TPE合金材料及其制备方法。所述TPE合金材料包括以下重量份数的原料：氢化苯乙烯类弹性体：25-40份，两嵌段苯乙烯类聚合物：10-20份，增塑剂：20-40份，聚酯热熔胶：20-40份，相容剂：3-6份，抗老化剂：0.1-0.6份。该TPE合金材料与PBT相容性好、粘合性强。
