The corrugated board producing and processing method comprises the following steps that S1, the extending distance of radial punches in a punch assembly is adjusted to be S, the front-back distance L between the radial punches is adjusted to be L, the extending distance of radial punching sleeves in the punching assembly is adjusted to be S, and the front-back distance between the radial punching sleeves is adjusted to be L; S2, produced corrugated boards are put in from the left end of a machine frame, the punch assembly is driven to move downwards, and the punching sleeve assembly is driven to move upwards; S3, the radial punches are controlled to rotate anticlockwise, meanwhile, the radial punching sleeves are controlled to rotate clockwise, the rotating speed of an upper roller is the same as that of a lower roller, and therefore the corrugated boards are punched through the radial punches while the corrugated board is output righ
