Summary: | The invention provides a machining process method of a three-head spiral transmission pair for a spacecraft mechanism. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, three-head spiral sheet electrodes are designed, and a laminated assembly electrode is formed by using a plurality of spiral sheet electrodes; then, an electric spark machine tool with a C shaft is adopted, and the laminated assembly electrode is installed on the C shaft; and finally, the screw transmission pair is subjected to electric discharge machining through an electric discharge machine tool, meanwhile, the C shaft does rotary motion, and therefore precise machining of a triple-head screw rod and a screw sleeve is achieved.
