Summary:The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene oxide-based nitrilotriacetic acid-cerium complex and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, enabling graphene oxide (GO) to react with nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) for carboxylation, and combining cerium ions (Ce <4+>) to form a nano-composite (GO-NTA-Ce) of graphene oxide and cerium. GO-NTA-Ce is an artificial enzyme with DNase-like activity, and shows high shearing capacity on an important component eDNA in an extracellular matrix of a bacterial envelope. When the GO-NTA-Ce is located at a bacterium-related infection site, the GO-NTA-Ce can inhibit the formation of a biofilm for a long time, and can effectively disperse formed biofilms of different ages. In addition to the DNase-like activity effect mediated by Ce, near-infrared light irradiates GO-NTA-Ce to generate local high heat to kill bacteria protected by a film.
