Summary: | The invention discloses a production process of C9 type neutral soldering flux. The production process comprises the following steps: a, carrying out descaling firstly, specifically, adding monoethanolamine with the mass ratio being 18%-20% and water with the mass ratio being 50% or below into a container, carrying out stirring for 15 minutes, and then carrying out heating to 200 DEG C for a high-temperature reaction; b, after the solution reacted in the step a is cooled to the normal temperature, adding hydrobromic acid with the mass ratio being 25%-50%, and carrying out stirring for 1 hour; and c, adding triethanolamine with the mass ratio being 1%-10% and isopropanol with the mass ratio being 10%-25% into the solution reacted in the step b, and carrying out packaging after uniform stirring. Compared with traditional soldering flux, the C9 type neutral soldering flux has the advantages of being low in cost and capable of saving tin.
