Abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a radix ranunculi ternati multi-arm phospholactone substance with a breast cancer targeting structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps of drying, grinding and sieving cleaned radix ranunculi ternati, adding into water, carrying out enzymolysis for 3 hours by utilizing cellulose hydrolase under stirring, adding pectinase and papain, carrying out enzymolysis for 2 hours, adding amylase, carrying out enzymolysis for 1 hour, filtering, and adding folic acid, chitosan sodium alginate and a phenylboronic acid solution into the filtrate, stirring and reacting in a water bath kettle at 80-100 DEG C for 10-15 hours, carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the obtained mixed solution for 10 hours, and freeze-drying the obtained liquid to obtain the multi-arm phospholactone substance.
