Summary: | The invention discloses a harmonic reducer tooth surface meshing energy loss ratio calculation method. An elliptical wave generator is taken as the basic shape of a harmonic reducer cam, and two contact areas exist at the long axis position of the wave generator. According to the harmonic transmission principle, every time the oval wave generator rotates by 360 degrees, all flexible gear teeth and a rigid gear can complete two times of enveloping motion. The flexible gear teeth at the short axis position of the wave generator are used as research objects, and in the process that the wave generator anticlockwise rotates by 180 degrees, the flexible gear teeth firstly enter rigid gear tooth grooves within the angle range of 0-90 degrees and then retreat from the rigid gear tooth grooves within the angle range of 90-180 degrees.
