The method is used for processing a slotted hole on a plate-shaped target object by using a drill bit. The shaped of the hole opening of the processed slotted hole comprises two semi-arc edges which are oppositely arranged and length edges which are respectively connected with the two semi-arc edges and are arranged along the length direction of the slotted hole. The shape of the hole opening of the slotted hole further comprises a center line located between the two length edges, and the center line passes through the circle center determined by the two semi-arc edges.
