The method comprises the steps of obtaining a working state of an ETC module; if the working state is an awakening state and before the VST is sent, outputting a stop signal for controlling the V2X equipment to stop transmitting the V2X radio frequency signal; and if the working state is a dormant state, outputting a recovery signal for controlling the V2X equipment to continuously transmit the V2X radio frequency signal.
