The invention discloses a pressure-sensitive adhesive with low release force and a polaroid. The pressure-sensitive adhesive with low release force is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 26-33 parts of a soft monomer, 24-28 parts of a hard monomer, 4-7 parts of a functional monomer, 0.1-0.2 part of an initiator, 2-4 parts of a curing agent and 0.2-0.6 part of a silane coupling agent; the hard monomer comprises a matrix and a modified monomer, the matrix is at least one of methyl methacrylate or vinyl acetate, and the modified monomer is a mixture of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and a coupling agent; and the coupling agent is a polyfunctional group isocyanate compound.
