The invention discloses a crushed rubble vibration screening device which comprises a device frame, a waste water collecting box is arranged in an inner cavity of the device frame, a filtering mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the waste water collecting box, a plurality of damping mechanisms are arranged on the upper portions of the two side walls of the device frame, and side baffles are arranged on the damping mechanisms located on the same side. A control box is arranged on the outer wall of one side baffle, a mounting plate and a wind chamber are arranged between the upper portions of the two side baffles, a vibration motor is arranged on the mounting plate, the wind chamber is connected with an exhaust fan through a pipeline, a vibration screening conveying belt is arranged between the lower portions of the two side baffles, and a fine sand conveying belt is arranged between the vibration screening conveying belt and the filtering mechanism. The vibration screening conveying belt is matched w
