Summary: | The invention provides a commodity purchase willingness identification method and device. The method comprises the following steps: determining multi-dimensional features related to commodity purchase willingness based on analysis on an on-site communication record of a consumer; screening the features based on relevance between the features; establishing an identification model which takes the screened features as input and takes whether the purchase willingness exists or not as output, and carrying out model optimization by discriminating an influence degree of each input feature on the model one by one; and predicting the commodity purchase willingness of the customer by using the trained identification model.
