The invention discloses a positioning method and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: after obtaining a base station identifier and signal feature data received by UE at the same moment, associating the UE, a base station and the signal feature data; carrying out data modeling according to the position of the base station and the signal feature data associated with the UE, wherein the data modeling comprises calculation of the distance between the UE and the base station, and when the distance between the UE and the base station is calculated, an equation equation set for solving the position of the UE and the signal strength is established, and when the position of the UE is determined by using the triangulation positioning method, a gradient descent method is adopted, and the minimum value of the function determined by the equation equation set is set as the position of the UE. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the construction efficien
